Yellow chrysanthemums and rust-orange blooms fill a woven basket in this original floral painting, an oil still life against an olive-brown ground. A gold-toned frame with a beaded inner edge and a linen-look liner surrounds the work, signed at the lower right. The floral oil painting adds cozy color as framed wall art above a mantel or sideboard.
