Clear, simple guidelines to make your shopping and pickup experience smooth and easy.

Before you shop: You can only buy from one location at a time. Please choose your store — Broadview or Everett — before adding items to your cart. All purchases must be picked up at the same location where they were purchased. Need delivery? We recommend Uff Da! Logistics

Pickup Policy

Pickup within 7 days: Purchased items must be picked up from the store within 7 days of purchase.
Pre-assembled: All furniture comes pre-assembled and ready for pickup.
Delivery: We are not responsible for delivery or third-party delivery charges.
Each store inventory is separate: Purchases cannot be transferred between locations.

Item Condition

We carry both new (Open Box) and consignment pieces.
Please review each item’s condition status before purchasing.
Items may have minor imperfections (e.g., light scratches, small chips, gentle wear). We include photos of any noteworthy flaws.

Returns
