At Ballard Consignment, we want you to love every piece you bring home. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to double-check dimensions and ask any questions before purchasing — our team is always happy to help you find the perfect fit!
Within 48 Hours of Purchase
- Eligible for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition to the same store location where they were purchased.
- If an item is damaged, re-consigning the item is the only available option.
48 Hours – 7 Days From Purchase Date
- Eligible for store credit only.
- Items must be returned in their original condition to the same store location where they were purchased.
- If an item is damaged, re-consigning the item is the only available option.
After 7 Days
- All sales are final.
Important Notes
- We carry both new and consignment pieces — please review the condition details for each item carefully.
- Used items may have minor imperfections such as scratches, chips, or signs of wear. Large flaws are always noted in product descriptions and photos.
- All furniture is pre-assembled and ready for pickup.
- Customers are responsible for returning items to the same store where the purchase was made and for any costs related to delivery or return.
- We are not responsible for delivery charges.
- Please measure carefully and confirm item details before purchasing.
