As the face of our showroom, your goal is to provide a seamless experience from the moment a customer walks in to the moment their new furniture is loaded into their vehicle.

Job Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Customer Engagement: Greet visitors warmly and provide expert advice on furniture selection and interior styling.
• Transaction Management: Process sales, new consignments, and returns accurately at the front desk.
• Showroom Excellence: Keep the sales floor beautifully organized, tag unique new arrivals daily, and assist with creative showroom displays.
• Operations & Support: Answer phone inquiries, coordinate furniture pickups, and work closely with management to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For):

• Experience: Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience (Furniture or Consignment experience is a plus!).
• Communication & Tech: Exceptional people skills, a positive professional attitude, and comfort with cash handling and basic math.
• Physical Ability & Availability: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs to assist with furniture load-outs and floor resets. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and evenings.

In this role, you will handle daily warehouse operations—including receiving, storing, and inventory management—while assisting with showroom operations. Job Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Inventory & Logistics: Promptly receive, log, and organize incoming inventory. Pull items from the warehouse and load company trucks for daily store transfers.
• Showroom Merchandising: Safely move, assemble, and arrange heavy furniture on the sales floor to maintain an appealing retail space.
• Loading Support: Safely assist consignors with loading in items and help customers load out sold furniture, ensuring maximum care to prevent damage.
• Facilities Maintenance: Work collaboratively to keep the workspace clean, tidy, and safe, including dusting, vacuuming, and proper care of shared tools.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For):

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs individually (and heavier items like sofas and armoires as part of a team).
• Requirements & Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Basic knowledge of hand tools for furniture assembly is required.
• Experience & Attitude: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or retail moving environment is preferred but not mandatory—we will train the right candidate! Punctuality and a strong team-player attitude are absolute musts.

• Physical Stamina: This is a heavy-lifting role. You must be able to lift 50 lbs individually and handle much larger pieces (sofas, armoires, etc.) safely as part of a team throughout the day.
• Tool Proficiency: Comfort and basic knowledge using hand and power tools for assembling furniture.
