How long does my discount last?

12 months from the purchase date.

Where can I use it?

All Ballard Consignment locations: Ballard, Everett (including online), and Broadview.

Does it auto-renew?

No — it’s a one-time payment. There are no auto-renewals. When your year ends, you’ll need to purchase a new membership if you’d like to continue.

Are there any exclusions?

No — your 10% discount applies to all eligible items in-store and online.

Is it transferable?

Yes — your family and friends can use your VIP Membership as long as they know your first and last name at checkout.
